APIS ENGAGES IN LONG-TERM, MULTIFACETED PROJECTS AND SHORT-TERM, “Á LA CARTE” EFFORTS. We love tackling the big tasks—creating and executing strategy; developing a portfolio of integrated materials; executing branding online, in print, and in the business space; coordinating events from start to finish.
We also love a quick turnaround—a logo design, a set of employee badges, a press release, an introductory video. No matter the nature of your organization or your need, we deliver the results you need—efficiently, effectively, and affordably.
Ready to create your buzz? Let’s talk.
Since 2014, Apis has provided communications and business development support to one of West Virginia’s crown jewel youth development programs—the Health Sciences and Technology Academy, known throughout the state as HSTA.
HSTA and Apis are working to replicate the program at the national level through the Apis initiative HSTA Hatch. To support this effort, Apis has entered into an exclusive…
In one of Apis’s newest projects, we have teamed with sister companies iMaxCRM and iAgentWebsite to develop and support new-client onboarding processes.
iAgentWebsite creates templated, semi-custom, and custom websites for real estate agents and brokerages. iMaxCRM creates a three-way connection among real estate websites, multipurpose listing services, and clients.
White Diamond Realty entered the Morgantown, West Virginia, real estate market in late 2019. Apis developed and co-executed the agency’s Year 1 marketing plan. Deliverables included copy for media and business-network outreach; Seller and Buyer guides; property fliers; video production; training on the new White Diamond customer-relations management system; and oversight of and content development for the White Diamond website launch.

Travel Emporium in Fairmont, WV, contracted with Apis to jump-start their rebranding effort.
The result was a portfolio of branding basics: logo, tagline, business card, stationery, PowerPoint template, and four-postcard set for keeping in contact with clients.
Travel Emporium’s logo is fully custom…
Vehicle wraps and yard signs—like these designed for Wesley Painting in Kingwood, WV—give businesses visibility on the road and at client sites.
This high-profile, low-cost marketing approach paid for itself three times over in less than 3 months. Apis worked with Morgantown printer Primo Signs to produce the signs and apply the wrap. They did a beautiful job, and the client was thrilled to see his long-time vision realized.

This hand-drawn logo for Blue Coat Handyman Services, formerly of Morgantown, WV, is a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork. Tipping his hat to his New England heritage, the owner was looking for an image that combined his business name with his trade.
Apis-designed logos can be fully customized original pieces like this one, semi-custom concepts based on existing artwork pulled from any number of sources, or updates to your existing logo to reflect the growth of your business.
In this à la carte project, Apis edited and polished the Evansdale Neighborhood Association’s tri-fold brochure.
The brochure is a friendly welcome to new residents that gives them information for getting settled in. This is important to the association because Evansdale is a mix of residential and college student housing. The brochure breaks the ice at the beginning of each school year and helps students become part of the neighborhood.
Infinity Studios publishes Infinite Possibilities magazine twice per year as part of their biannual Premier Wedding Expo.
In 2018, Apis executed a full-magazine redesign, which Infinity Studios introduced at its fall expo featuring Monte Durham of TLC’s Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta.
We strengthened Infinity Studios’ branding, introduced standard magazine layout, authored content, and assisted in advertising sales, which tripled previous efforts.

This à la carte project produced employee name badges for D&E Restoration in Morgantown, WV.
D&E was awarded a short-term public school system contract that required visible, company-issued identification to protect student safety. Apis assembled a selection of concepts for D&E to choose from, finalized the design, and produced and hand-delivered two ready-to-use sets of badges to accommodate potential damage during project duration.
Beth Scheinder of Home Savings Bank in Morgantown, WV, wanted to give her clients a closing gift that would provide them service for years to come.
She assembled a binder with room to store mortgage documentation and information on home- and business-related vendors. Apis designed the cover, spine, and inserts and coordinated production with Morgantown Printing and Binding. A quick, easy job with lots of impact.
